How do we prepare the car?

Every vehicle undergoes a comprehensive readiness inspection prior to rental.
The fuel tank is filled to full capacity.
The car is thoroughly washed, cleaned, and prepared before delivery or pickup.

How early should I book on-site delivery?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
In urgent cases, we can expedite the process and deliver within 4 hours, subject to vehicle availability and operational conditions.

Where can the car be delivered?

We provide delivery anywhere within Bangkok.
For nearby cities such as Pattaya or Hua Hin, delivery is available with an additional fee (typically around 2,000 THB).
For destinations farther away, delivery may require transportation via tow truck.

How are delivery costs calculated?

Standard delivery fees begin at 500 THB.
For locations close to our office, the fee may be reduced, but not below 300 THB.

What documents are required to book a car?

Thai customers: Photocopies of a Thai Identification Card and a Thai Driver’s License.
Foreign customers: Photocopies of a Passport and an International Driver’s License.

What happens during the handover?

Please bring your original identification documents to the pickup or delivery location.
You will review and sign the rental agreement on-site.
We will record video and take photos of the vehicle, together with you as a witness, to document the car’s condition (including any existing scratches or marks) prior to handing over the keys.

For any emergency or questions during your rental, you may contact us at any time through LINE Chat or WhatsApp.

When should I contact the support team?

You should contact us immediately if there is any mechanical issue with the vehicle or in the event of an accident.
Our support team is available 24/7 and can dispatch staff to assist you on-site if necessary.

What should I do in case of an accident?

Remain at the scene and contact us right away.
We will send a staff member to assist you and help manage the situation properly.

What should I be aware of during the rental?

  • Do not operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or any narcotic substances.
  • Do not bring marijuana (weed) inside the vehicle.
  • No smoking is allowed inside the car.
  • Pets and strong-odor items (such as durian or pungent food) are not permitted.
  • Any odor requiring professional cleaning will incur a ventilation and spa cleaning fee.
  • Avoid staining or damaging the seats, as deep cleaning or stain removal will result in additional charges.

What costs am I responsible for in case of damage?

  • If the vehicle is damaged during your rental—whether intentional or accidental—our staff will inspect the damage and provide a repair estimate.
  • Insurance will cover physical repairs to the car, but not the loss of income during repair downtime.
  • Customers are responsible for business downtime charges.
  • Minor damage typically costs 3,000–5,000 THB per affected body panel.
  • For severe damage requiring more than five days of repair, downtime will be charged at 50% of the standard daily rental rate for each non-operational day.
How do you collect the car?

A staff member will travel to the agreed pickup location.
Photos and videos will be taken with the customer present as a witness to verify whether any new damage has occurred.

How is the car collection fee calculated?

If the customer returns the car to our office, no collection fee applies.
If the customer requests vehicle collection, our staff will travel to the designated location.
The standard collection fee is approximately 500 THB, and may be reduced to 300 THB for locations close to our office.
For collection outside of Bangkok, the fee may be 2,000 THB or more depending on distance.

Where can the car be collected?

We primarily collect vehicles within Bangkok and nearby cities.
The collection location must be confirmed when signing the rental agreement upon delivery of the car.
For operational and scheduling reasons, the collection point cannot be changed unless you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Please note that changes may still not be possible if our collection schedule has already been finalized, especially on days when we must manage multiple deliveries and collections.

Will there be any billing after the rental?

If any new damage is found, repair costs will be deducted from the damage deposit provided at the start of the rental.
If no new damage is identified, the security/damage deposit will be refunded immediately when the car is collected or returned.
